Civil Rights: The contractor must, in performance of work on this contract, fully comply with all
applicable Federal, State or local laws, rules and regulations. The contractor must comply with the
provisions of all appropriate Federal laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any
subletting or subcontracting by the contractor subjects subcontractors to the same provisions of the
appropriate Federal laws, including Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964. In accordance with
MCA 49-3-207, the contractor agrees that the hiring of persons to perform work on this contract will be
made on the basis of merit and qualifications and that there will be no discrimination on the basis of race,
color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disabilities or national
origin by the persons performing the contract.
