I hereby agree to correct the failing chimney liners servicing the gas fired boilers and hot water heaters at the above addresse
by installing a continuous coil of “Flexi-liner” brand aluminum lining material in both chimneys. The new liners are six inches
in diameter and run the entire length of the chimney. New liners extend from just outside wall in basement, attach to existing
heater pipes and run the entire length of the chimney, terminating outside top of chimney with top-plate, support brackets and
animal proof rain cap. New liners are insulated with “Thermix” insulation to reduce condensation and stabilize draft in
chimney. When repair is complete, draft is tested to make sure all appliances are drafting properly.
