Enterprise Services and Products Sales Executive

Integware, a Fort Collins, Colorado based Product Lifecycle Management company, seeks a top
performer to fill a full-time enterprise services and products sales professional. This is an experienced,
senior-level sales position typically requiring 5-10 years of experience. This position reports to our VP
of Sales. Candidates should have previous enterprise-level services and products sales background.

Leads or contributes to principled relationship building and sustainment and business strategy.
This opportunity will be responsible for direct selling or the support of Integware’s channel partners,
products or services to life sciences industry. Responsibilities include selling Integware’s services to
new and current users through direct contact in order to achieve maximum sales, profitability, and
growth. Candidates will be responsible for working off provided leads list, generating new leads from
cold calling, attending trade events, and more. Must have strong communication skills to be able to
articulate Integware’s value proposition. This position is also responsible for the growth and
development of our channel partners who are a vital part of our overall market strategy. Position
operates under general supervision with wide latitude for independent action. This is a strategic
position that requires up to 50% travel.

Builds principled relationship with current and future customers and channel partners

Sells company's services and products to new and current users
Develops account action plans with guidance from sales management
Support channel partners in sales pursuits; act as a subject matter expert to channel partners.
Ensure partner extended regional sales force receive on-going training/presentation materials
to keep product top of mind
Sells company's services and software to new and current users
Develops account action plans with guidance from sales management
Researches prospective accounts; evaluates customer needs and satisfies customer
requirements with the support of a pre-sales support and technical staffs.
Works closely with the technical pre-sales staff to answer complex process, services, and
Evaluates and summarizes monthly activity reports for management, identifying successful
sales activities, sales trends, special account information or issues and any follow-up action
Keeps abreast of products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and
promotional trends by reading pertinent literature and consulting with technical personnel.
Represents the company at trade association meetings and major selling events several times
Assists sales management in devising sales plans and strategies.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
This is an advanced executive sales position, typically requiring 5-10 years of experience. Ability to
quickly learn new material is essential. Flexibility is needed in covering issues that arise.
Strong sense of values, with an ability to effectively understand and promote Integware’s
defined areas of culture
5+ years of successful ERP systems sales experience
5-10 years selling services and product around enterprise consulting services
Demonstrated experience in acquiring new prospects as well as managing existing strategic
Extensive success in making cold calls to high-level corporate leaders
A high level of being self motivated
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred (or equivalent)
Highly Sought Skills
PLM or PDM experience is highly desired
Experience selling to manufacturing environments, specifically the medical device and/or
consumer packaged goods industries
Industry experience from such companies as Dassault, Siemens/UGS, MatrixOne, Agile, PTC
