November Offenses

OFFENSES
There were 8 forgery/fraud cases reported throughout the month of November. There was 1 assault, 6 Family Offenses, and 18 complaints involving drugs. There were 35 retail theft complaints reported in November, and 14 cases of theft from persons. There were 110 case reports generated for citizen assists, including civil cases, lost property complaints, disorderly conduct, juvenile problems, and reported suspicious activity.
Accidents by Day of Week
TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
November traffic accidents included 16 nonserious accidents which involved minor damage, no injuries, and were not reported to the State. There were 35 accidents reported to the State due to damage totals, and/or injuries. Officers made 6 DUI arrests, and also issued citations for 229 moving violations, and 194 non moving violations.

CALLS FOR SERVICE
There were 1420 calls for service during the month of November. There were 301 Case Reports written, 44 street checks conducted, and 9 noise ordinance violations reported. K9 Brook has been in training all month.
The case reports written were busiest on Wednesday and weekends, with a decline on Tuesdays. The busiest time of day for calls for service is the time block of 1000-2200, with a marked decline noticed after 0200 hours.

There were 79 adults arrested for various crimes and violations throughout the city, and 18 juveniles referred to Juvenile Court.

Investigators closed 21 cases in November. These cases were closed as follows: 6– 12 – 21– Charged - Individual(s) were charged with a crime Inactive (No information came to light that would further the investigation) Unfounded (No crime was found to have actually occurred, or incident was determined to be civil) Exception (Victim refused to cooperate or Prosecutors declined to file)
Of the individuals charged with a crime, 6 were adults, and 0 were juveniles. Investigators were able to recover $805 in property value throughout the course of their investigations during November, and restitution was also ordered through the courts on the cases where an arrest resulted.
