E Y E O N eoa A R B O N N E END OF THE TUNNEL When I made the decision to start an Arbonne business, there was no question in my mind I would one day be writing my Eye on Arbonne story; not because I had a successful business for seven years with a direct sales company, but because of the generosity of this wonderful company called Arbonne. Arbonne came into my life at a time when I found myself burned out from the amount of personal selling that was necessary to keep my former business up and running. There was no light at the end of the proverbial tunnel for me, and if I kept on doing what I was doing, I would keep on getting what I was getting. For part-time hours, the income was really great, but I had bigger dreams than that. So, after four years of having her “drip” Arbonne on me, I told my mom, ENVP Judy DelNinno, that I thought it might be time for me to take a real look at what her company was all about. I could not see her reaction, but I think her jaw dropped to the floor! Although it is a product-driven company, Arbonne is really about building a network of consumers, versus sellers, and is certainly more than just about “selling skin care.” In the last 16 months, through building belief in myself, Arbonne products and the network marketing industry, I have absolutely discovered that. I definitely had fears of starting over; but when I start something, I do it all out, not just try it. There never once was a thought that I would “try” this business. As they say, I jumped in with both feet and look where our team is now! I believe this is a business of know, like and trust. When you build relationships with people who know, like and trust you, and have a wonderful product and opportunity to offer, then they will follow your advice whether you offer them an opportunity to earn an income or LIGHT AT THE jennifer navaria Independent Consultant, Regional Vice President Jennifer Navaria Region; Haverhill, MA whether you offer them results-oriented products. The great thing is that you do not have to find all of those business builders yourself! Find four and help others to do the same. President Rita Davenport always says that Arbonne is going to change the world and I believe that 100 percent. Giving time back to people through a residual income is what this is all about. Rita also says Arbonne is a personal growth company disguised as a skin care company. That was never more relevant than in my case. I did not realize I needed to grow personally to have a successful Arbonne continued ... The “girls”: Jessie and Murphy. What I learned is that you cannot move up the ranks in business (or in life) without constant growth and education. Surround yourself with others who believe the same and you will see immense success! To my mom: Thank you for your belief and persistence in building your business over the last five years in Massachusetts, even when most had no idea what Arbonne was. Your patience in knowing that the time had to be right for me was crucial. You have truly given our family a gift and it has been wonderful growing our businesses together. I also want to thank dad for being the cheerleader and numbers checker of the family. I love you both. To my sister, EAM Michele Murray: Thank you for being on this journey with me. It would not be the same without you and I am so happy to see you are building your dreams and achieving whatever you want for yourself, Billy and Jake through Arbonne. You deserve it! I have always said that you are even better at this business than me. I just decided first and got to sponsor you! Region is in the near future for you! To my husband, Mike: You are my life and I love you. All I want to do is make our life even better than it already is. Thank you for your help and constant support of anything I do. Soon, you can have the choice of whether being a police officer, an often stressful job, is something you really want to continue with. I am happy to help you have that choice one day! When one achieves Region, it cannot be done without a team of wonderful people. This Region belongs to us all; I just hold the title.
