Wow, what an amazing road my family has traveled over the

course of 16 months! Prior to January 2004, I had been praying
for something to come into my life that would enable me to use the
gifts and talents I have been blessed with, while allowing me to
supplement our family income. I enjoyed a teaching career for
several years, but when our first child was born, my husband and
I decided it would be best for me to stay home and care for our
blossoming family. I knew that I needed to be with my children, but
I also wondered how it would all work out financially.

I was living out the all-American dream of marrying my “prince
charming” and having a family. My husband, Scott and I were
