I was the type who never attended or hosted a Presentation. It did not
matter what the product was – it was not my style.

My first job was in the mortgage industry. When my first child,
Sherrie, was born, I decided to work part time, which allowed me
more time home with my daughter. Four years later, my son, Tom,
was born. Even with two babies, I decided to go to college. Within
three years, I graduated at the top of my class with an associate
degree in accounting and computer programming — an accomplish-
ment I am very proud of.

Then, I became a single, unemployed mom with two small children
and $50. I did anything I could to feed and clothe my children. In
1997, I started a new job with an automotive supplier. Three months

later, I was in a toxic chemical accident that permanently damaged
