THE FLIGHT
                     OF THE PHOENIX
      “The Phoenix,” the theme of my Region, was named after the
mythical phoenix, a lone bird that has spent thousands of years in

the desert, that must set itself on fire to rise again from the ashes to
start a new life.

      The beginning of my five-month whirlwind Arbonne adventure
started when my stepmother, Peggy Sterner, invited me to attend an
Arbonne Presentation in December of last year. I firmly declined. You
see, I had a solid background in skin care as well as network mar-
keting and I had never heard of Arbonne. I thought that the unregu-
lated skin care industry was mostly propaganda and slick packag-                                                       jeanne sterner
