Web – View the credit report in HTML. This allows you to order trade lines with the click of a button and/or review raw data from the bureaus per trade line. PDF – Report – recommended printing report Other Reports – see below Unmerge Report – allows seeing one borrower’s credit at a time (or bureau by bureau) *Please note – this will not permanently unmerge the report. To permanently separate borrower(s) and create a new file number, you must log directly into Advantage Credit’s site

Score Disclosure - a notice to the applicant that you have pulled their credit history from TransUnion, Experian, and/or Equifax. Consumer Copy - an easy to read version of the credit report to distribute to the borrower. (can be translated into Spanish) Derogatory Letter- a letter addressed to the borrower to explain any derogatory accounts or public records. (can be translated into Spanish) Creditors- a list of all reported creditors including address and phone numbers. Adverse Summary - a report summarizing only derogatory accounts and public records. Mortgage Only - a report that list only mortgage accounts. Mortgage with Score - same as mortgage only, but with credit scores. Trade Comparison- a report that contains the raw data from each bureau to determine possible inaccurate data that could be affecting the score. View Invoice- Printable Invoice of all charges associated with credit file.
