   Custodial, Planning and Administration. Also responsible for the coordination of construction of recreation
   facilities and development of long-range park and recreation master plans. Capital improvements completed
   during administrative tenure included construction of three community centers, a four-diamond softball
   complex with concession and supply facility, a new 12-court tennis complex, a new swimming pool bathhouse,
   and major renovation of two swimming pools.
