First step is to complete this application form and return to us. Select your travel dates. Fill out the form or print and send it in by mail or fax. Submit your non-refundable $100 deposit. We accept personal check, money order or PayPal in US currency. Email, fax or mail us a copy of your resume/CV. Flight arrangements are the responsibility of the volunteer; however we offer assistance with your planning. Email, fax or mail us your flight details and a clear copy of your passport ID page.
