									        Sex Offenders: Sex Offenders pose a risk or engaging in further sexually
abusive behavior even after being released from imprisonment, a prison term, or
other detention. Therefore, in an effort to create, enhance, and preserve the safety
and wellbeing of the families residing in the Development, a person is precluded
from residing within the Development if at any time that person was or is
convicted of, pleaded guilty to, or adjudicated as having committed a Sex Offense
as defined under state law. This preclusion includes, but is by no means limited
to, any person who, as a result of being convicted of, pleaded guilty to, or
adjudicated for committing a Sex Offense as defined above and who was or is
subsequently classified as, a registered Sexually Oriented Offender, Habitual Sex
Offender, and or Sexual Predator, as defined and described in detail in state law.
The precluded persons are any person who was or is determined, by statute, to
have a duty to register as a Sex Offender. Additionally, such precluded residents
are to include, but are not limited to, any above described category of Sex
Offender who was or is convicted of any category of Sexually Oriented Offense
describe above if that Sex Offender was or is convicted, pleaded guilty to, or
adjudicated for committing a Sex Offense as a juvenile and or delinquent child,
and was or is subsequently required, by statute, to register as a Sexually Oriented
Offender, Habitual Sex Offender, and or a Sexual Predator.
