held. Our homeowners association is an Ohio non-profit corporation called

relinquished control of the homeowners’ association to the residents of and _______(__) of your

As you are probably aware, as a resident, your real property is subject to a Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions, Reservations, Restrictions and Easements (the "Declaration"). Pursuant
to the Declaration, the homeowners association exists for the following purposes: (i)
enforcement of the Declaration; (ii) to provide for care and maintenance of common areas within
the neighborhood, such as the entrance signs, retention ponds, and landscaping; and, (iii)
adoption of regulations which promote and maintain the quality of life within our neighborhood.
Pursuant to the Declaration, every homeowner is automatically a member of the homeowners
association by virtue of their ownership of real property within the neighborhood.
