LONDON & AUSTIN, Texas--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--StepStone Solutions, a global leader in
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) total talent management solutions, has recorded its third record revenue quarter in a
row in the period July-September 2010. The Company also successfully completed the acquisition of European
talent acquisition leader MrTed during the period, further driving its market share globally and adding to future
revenue and earnings performance. Organic revenue growth (excluding the acquisition of Mr Ted) was 31% over the
equivalent period in 2009.

“Global customer demand for our talent acquisition and management solutions is growing in all markets as companies
recognize the value of finding, retaining and developing the best people to help them drive recovery and future
growth,” said StepStone Solutions’ CEO, Matthew Parker. “The acquisition of MrTed adds substantially to our
capability to meet the most demanding customer needs, with a product, MrTedTalentLink, that offers an exceptional
and highly customizable app-based user experience combined with the functionality required by major international
businesses. During Q3 we cross-trained our sales and delivery teams in both companies’ technology and that effort
has already created contracted new business.”

Revenues increased 31% over the equivalent period in 2009 and 9% over the second quarter of 2010. Earnings also
increased substantially over prior periods through revenue growth and good cost management. Growth was driven
by the addition of 44 new customers in 13 countries, including the US, UK, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and
across Europe.

New customers announced during the quarter included US-based McKee Foods, Spanish food group Campofrio,
Asia-Pacific based optical components supplier Oclaro, chemical giant Yara, the Copenhagen Metro, and major
French retailer Redcats. In addition, over 100 existing customers increased their commitment to the company, buying
