‘‘(f) EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDOBESITY PREVENTION.—The Secretary shall evaluate
3 and publish regulations on the issue of and concerns re4 lated to preventing and reducing obesity in children who 5 participate in Head Start programs and shall consult, at 6 a minimum, with experts in child and maternal health, 7 child development, child and family nutrition and physical 8 education, to determine the effective methods by which 9 Head Start agencies can help address childhood obesity. 10 The regulations should include guidance on how Head 11 Start agencies can incorporate, at a minimum, more phys12 ical activity and nutrition education into such programs 13 related to preventing and reducing obesity. Not later than 14 1 year after the effective date of this subsection, the Sec-
