We request a softcopy of all issues of Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin (MIPB) beginning with the first issue of CY 2006 and up to the present. In the past, MIPB was released to the public and posted online, but it has recently been moved behind a password-protected portal (the Intelligence Knowledge Network) and current issues of the publication are no longer publicly accessible through the Army. Our intention is to restore public access to the MIPB by posting recent issues on the website of the Federation of American Scientists (www.fas.org). We therefore request that these documents be provided in PDF or HTML format. Alternatively, we request that you post them on an Army or Army-affiliated web site that is publicly accessible. * We further request a waiver of production costs, on the following grounds: The requested materials are the subject of public interest and serve to inform the public regarding Army activities. They are not currently available to the public. The Federation of American Scientists will make them publicly available without charge to all interested parties. If fee waiver is denied, I hereby agree to pay assessable fees up to $50 for a softcopy of the requested documents. Thank you for your assistance.
