Adora Trails, the Arizona’s newest community for Arizona families, is
celebrating Halloween with lots of treats for kids and adults alike.

Gilbert, AZ, October 19, 2010 -- Adora Trails, the east Valley’s newest
community for Arizona families, is celebrating Halloween with lots of
treats for kids and adults alike.

Kids can enjoy a Halloween costume contest in the community from 11 a.m.
to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23. They will also be able to trick or treat
and enjoy the talents of a local balloon artist.

Mom and Dad can have family portraits taken of their little ones and
allow them to play in the Games 2 U video game truck that will be on site
for the afternoon.

And parents can also get the first look at the grand opening of two brand
new models, part of the Odyssey collection, in the east Valley's newest
and largest master planned community.

And there will be Halloween treats for Mom and Dad as well. Waldo’s BBQ
will be serving its delicious brand of barbecue and Taylor Morrison will
be offering move-in ready coupons worth up to $5,000 as well as special
introductory pricing.

Incorporating the latest in home designs, Adora Trails also boasts a
plethora of amenities, including a neighborhood clubhouse, two-acre
fishing lake, 10-acre park, miles of walking trails and Chandler Unified
School District's Patterson Elementary. Adora Trails is located south of
Riggs Road between Higley and Val Vista roads.

“Halloween is one of those holidays where the quality of your
neighborhood determines the fun you can have,” said Pierrette Tierney,
vice president of Taylor Morrison’s Arizona division. “We want everyone
to join us this Halloween to see how much fun Adora Trails can be.”

Taylor Morrison’s bestselling floor plans from around the Valley were
hand-selected for Adora Trails, such as the four-bedroom, two-bath Aster
(from $152,990) and the Lily (from $159,990) which offer spacious living
for young families while the five-bedroom Turquoise (from $229,990)
offers established families more than 3,500 square feet of living space,
including a great room, den and expansive loft.
