SECOND AGREED ORDER EXTENDING CERTAIN DEADLINES IN SCHEDULING ORDER NO. 3 FOR CERTAIN DISPUTED LATE CLAIM REQUESTS (GROUP 1) On November 2, 2006, the Court issued Scheduling Order No. 3 for Certain Disputed Late Claim Requests (Group 1) (the “Order”). On January 17, 2007, the Court issued an Agreed Order (the “Amended Order”) extending certain deadlines in the Order. Upon the agreement of the Claimants’ Advisory Committee (“CAC”) and Dow Corning Corporation (“DCC”), it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. The deadline in paragraph 1 of the Amended Order for the CAC and DCC to
submit and serve their witness lists, exhibit lists, and exhibits is extended from February 9, 2007 to March 30, 2007. 2. The deadline in paragraph 2 of the Amended Order for additional witnesses and
exhibits for Late Claimants is extended from February 23, 2007 to April 13, 2007. 3. The deadline in Section D, paragraph 7 of the Order for the completion of
discovery is extended from April 3, 2007 to May 18, 2007. 4. The final hearing date in Section E, paragraph 8(a) of the Order for the following
