The resident member submits a pool party application to the Pool Committee/chairperson not less than 2 weeks in advance. All applications will be handled on a first come, first served basis. 2. A refundable deposit of $50.00 made payable to Anchorage Swim Club will be made at the time of the application for a pool party. 3. The resident member retains the appropriate # of lifeguards from the Pool Management Company and is responsible for direct payment of all fees. Ratio is 1 lifeguard per 30 people in pool area. 4. The resident is responsible for the actions of his/her guests and any damage to Anchorage Swim Club property. 5. The resident member will leave the pool area in proper condition for normal operations by replacing all deck chairs and tables to their usual locations and taking party related trash and recyclable materials home with them for disposal. 6. Pool parties can be held during the day until 12:00 noon during the regular summer schedule or until 4 p.m. during the school schedule and during the evenings from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. 7. Parties can also be held during regular pool hours as long as the number of non-community resident party participants does not exceed 10 guests and/or interfere with use of the pool and pool areas by community residents. If a party will include more than 10 non-community resident guests, then a party application must be made with the Pool Committee Chairperson for approval, not less than 2 weeks in advance of the requested party date. A $50.00 refundable deposit and a $20.00 non-refundable fee made payable to Anchorage Swim Club must accompany the application. The resident member must retain the appropriate number of lifeguards from the Pool Management Company and is responsible for direct payment of all lifeguard fees. Ratio is 1 lifeguard per 30 people in pool area. 8. No stereos, radios, or amplified sound of any kind is allowed after 11:00 p.m. 9. Failure to abide by the rules governing pool parties will result in forfeiture of the $50.00 deposit. 10. A privately sponsored pool party can be terminated by the attending lifeguards, the Pool Committee chairperson, and/or any Officer or Director if activities, events, or behavior is such that continuation of the party is deemed to be unsafe for those in attendance, that the community property is subject to damage, or that Anchorage residents are being unduly disturbed.
