E-mail Setup by IMAP
Step-by-Step Instructions                                                     Screens

 1. From your Blackberry home screen, select the E-mail Settings
    icon, then choose Personal Email Set-up. (On older devices,
    look for the Personal Email Set-up icon.)
 2. Select Create New account. Accept Terms and Conditions.
    Create your own user ID and password. But remember them!
    Click Next.

 3. On the Email Account Setup page, enter your full SLU e-mail               Conditions

    blank. Select Next.

 4. You'll see a screen that says 'We were unable to configure
    [].' Select I will provide the settings to add
    this email account, then click Next.

 5. Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP), then
 6. Select I will provide the settings to add this email account,

    then Next.

 7. Enter your SLU e-mail address and password in the
    appropriate fields. In the Email server: field, enter, then click Next. (Google Apps users should
    enter the server name provided. Do not add your domain name
    in this step.)

 8. If IMAP Access was successfully configured, click OK.            Internet Service Provider Email
 9. There will be a new mailbox icon on your Blackberry home
    screen labeled with your SLU e-mail address. Follow these
    steps to ensure proper configuration:
       Open the mailbox icon, then open the menu and select
       Select Email Reconciliation and confirm the following
       settings then click Save:
               Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
               Wireless Reconcile: On
               On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
