         IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS THE ACTIVITY OF THE
            DP REMAINED SUBSTANTIALLY STOPPED. WE
           WERE NOT ABLE TO ORGANIZE THE FORESEEN
              FOCUS GROUP, DUE TO AN INSUFFICIENT
            ORGANIZATION MODALITY AND SETTINGS OF
             THE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION.THE HUMAN
           RESOURCES OF THE DP IS SUFFERING A DEEP
            REORGANIZATION ENGAGING THE WORKING
               AREA FROM THE DIFFERENT PARTNERS.

       • THE NEXT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE( IT RUNS THE
         PROCEEDINGS OF THE EXECUTIVE PROJECT AND
            IT CONTRIBUTES TO THE PROGRESS OF ALL
           ACTIVITIES CONNECTED TO IT. IT HAS ALSO A
         CONTROLLING ROLE TOWARDS THE MEMBERS OF
           THE DP, MAKING SURE THAT THE ACTIVITIES
              ARE CARRIED OUT ACCORDING TO THE
              EXECUTIVE PROJECT’S CONTENTS. IT IS
            COMPOSED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH

                 often prevent subjects from qualifying
               themselves and restrict the development

       INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE
       Organisational contexts and best practices of 25
        companies together with those related to the
        local stakeholders have been analysed.
       It was detected the point of view of 200 persons
        suffering with working exclusion.
       Moreover, they analysed and obtained the
        occupational requirements of a sample of 50
        companies
