The Dorchester YMCA is offering two free American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Courses during April and May. Successful candidates are guaranteed summer employment at one of the area pools or beaches. Salaries start at $10.51 per hour. O’Bryant Scholarship Fund application is available for Boston students of color meeting the financial obligations of higher education. The selection of scholarship recipients is based on financial need and/or academic merit. Awards range from $2501,000.
