I, NICHOLAS HUGH MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, acting
under subclause 2 (1) of Schedule 3 to the Future Fund Act 2006, determine that
David Montgomery Knox, Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, Principal
of Mercer Human Resource Consulting Pty Ltd, is the designated actuary.
