2 No. 2 Courts (Amendment) Act 2006 No. 2 The Courts (Amendment) Act ACT 2006 Amendment Section 7 of the Courts Act, 1965 is amended by the repeal Supplement to the Sierra Leone Gazette Vol. CXXXVII, No. 13 of section 7 of Act and replacement of subsection (1) thereof by the following:– dated 23rd March, 2006 No. 31 of 1965. “Civil 7. (1) In addition to any civil jurisdiction jurisdiction.
