                               BAQ 2006 BEST PRACTICES EXHIBIT

A. About the Exhibit

        1. The Better Air Quality Workshop (BAQ) 2006 provides an ideal forum for
participants to share and showcase air quality management success stories from
their respective cities and countries. Through exhibits, poster displays and one-
on-one interaction, the "Best Practices Exhibition" (BPE) will help cities and
communities highlight efforts to control or prevent urban air pollution.

        2. BPE will include BAQ 2006 poster presentations, Art for Air entries, country
pavilions hosted by the CAI-Asia local networks and exhibit booths of non-profit
organizations and private firms, including the BAQ 2006 sponsors.

        3. BPE will be an integral part of BAQ 2006 and will remain on display for the
duration of BAQ 2006 (13-15 December).

        4. The BAQ 2006 Organizing Committee has decided to host all lunches, coffee
breaks as well some of the sessions in the BPE area to ensure adequate
interaction between workshop participants and exhibitors.
