ARDEC is in the process of establishing Working
Groups with representatives from these agencies to
focus on understanding user needs and ensuring the
system meets the expectations of their respective
agencies. This requires intimate knowledge of all
levels of the system from the user themselves, the
operations, their desktops, the applications as well as
the network and server infrastructure. It also means a
commitment to service and quality to continue the
work in progress.
