Dear Client, We are glad you have taken the first step in resolving your current mortgage situation. Attached you will find our enrollment forms. To get started, fill out the forms completely and return them to me as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Step 1 We will require the following documentation to begin your Modification process: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) Signed LRC Client-Broker Agreement Signed LRC Client Authorization Form (One form for each lender(s)) Signed LRC Client Application (Completed by all borrowers) Signed Hardship Letter Most recent Mortgage Statements for all mortgages All legal notices you have received from your lender(s)
***Please complete above and fax to (888) 734-3881 or email directly back to Advisor*** Step 2: Our Legal Department starts filling and preparing your Loan Modification package for submission and resolution with your current lender. Your lender is also notified that you are working with us in saving your home. Step 3: Loan Modification Closing: If approved, your lender offers a workout resolution for your loan. Your final approval, signed by the Underwriter with a Borrower agreement, will be sent to you for signature prior to final approval. Best regards,
