UPredictUm the free online football prediction game, has now gone live just in time for the new football season. You can now predict any fixture in any competition, be it in Premier, Friendly, Amateur, European, Sunday League, even Subbuteo matches, Having played other online football prediction games, I can honestly say this is the best I have seen. Before I mention some of the fantastic features at UPredictUm, I should point out what I believe to be the best factor of this prediction game, and probably the one factor that most users will miss. The Privacy Policy is one which should be admired given that so many other sites make money by selling or misusing your private personal data. I really dislike leaving your private information with websites and it being sold to other beneficiaries or third parties. This is something UPredictUm does not do. They have great respect for your private information, and do not require anything other than your email address to confirm your login account and some pseudonym name for yourself to play under, and that is it. Oh sorry, and your T-shirt size. I love the way you invite your friends to play using your own email reader on your own PC. Instead of entering a friends email address on an Invitation Form on the web site. I simply requested an invitation email to be generated, and then I forwarded it to my friends using my own private email. That way, there is no record of whom I invited at the web site, and I have not just given away my friends email address. Apart from the Privacy Policy, ‘The UPredictUm Prediction Game’, has some great features. At UPredictUm, I have created four different types of Leagues. ‘Global League’, anyone can join. With Global Leagues, you compete against anyone from anywhere around the world. ‘Public League’, a league for My Friends and Myself only. ‘A Private League’, I can add or remove any player I like. A lovely thoughtful mechanism means I do not have to re-enter my predictions in different leagues more than once if it has been assigned the same division. I just enter my fixtures and UPredictUm does the rest for me in all my other Leagues. Another great League to create is the ‘Mini League’. The ‘Mini League’, This is a super feature that lets you administer your own competition yourself. If you and your friends play amateur football, and would like to predict these games then this is definitely for you. But even if you do not play amateur football and would like to include a mixture of Premier, Friendly, Amateur, European, Sunday League, or even Subbuteo matches, then this is all available with Mini Leagues. 'All UK Divisions', I love the fact that I can now predict ‘Lower League Fixtures’, in one League I have‘Scottish fixtures’, in another League I have 'The Premier League’, and in another League I have League Two. This way I can play against three groups of friends in my own private group of Leagues. In other competitions I have played I was often dismayed that I could predict a score correctly in a high scoring match and not be rewarded for knowing it was going to be high scoring. Similarly, a friend or mine was sure of an away win victory but having got the score wrong was not rewarded. These entire factors are considered in the UPredictUm scoring method, making the prediction game more skilful to play, All being said I am really looking forward to the new season, and now more so, now I have UPredictUm,
