Mostly Time: Wedding day assistance, remind them that you are one of the few
professionals that will be with them all day this way they feel like they are getting more
attention then what other photographers provide.
Mother and Father of the Bride:
Mostly Money: Online Proofing, Parents albums, Bridal expos are a good way to reach
the mother of the bride brochures, pricelists.
Mostly Time: Set up a blog for mothers’ and father’s of the bride for tips, speeches,
toasts, the best for their children. Consultations to discuss what package is right for them
based on their budget.
Professional Networks:
Mostly Money: Postcards, design for the postcards, tradeoffs (will photograph for them if
they suggest our business to potential clients) Membership to organizations like
Professional Photographers Association, and Wedding photojournalism Association (this
way we could potentially win awards and establish our reputation in the professional
community.
Mostly Time:
Personally handing out postcard sized fliers to beauty salons, fitness centers, and wedding
boutiques in the local area advertising us. Also, network with wedding planners in the
area.
