open in White Bear Lake and Perham, MN for our inbound Call Centers.
Time Communications is an inbound call center. Our clients depend on us to represent
them in a professional, friendly manner. Your quality customer service skills and
knowledge of basic business procedures, including computer skills are very important for
this frontline position.
We are looking for friendly, dependable, self-directed, enthusiastic individuals with the
following skills and experience:
Experience in answering multi-phone lines
Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Internet usage, and email
Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
Good organizational skills
Time Communications offers competitive wages, an excellent benefits package, and the
potential to work from home. Customer service representatives earn base pay of $8 per
hour plus performance based incentives for up to $12 per hour. Business hours are 6
a.m. to 9 p.m. Earn more by working split shifts, nights and weekends. Flexible
scheduling makes this position perfect for students or if you are looking for extra
income.
