       Commercial Brokerage Division Welcomes New Real Estate Advisor

       RALEIGH, N.C. – Brian Farmer, president of Advisory Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial
       TradeMark Properties (, has announced that Drew Harrison has joined the firm as a
       commercial real estate advisor. In this position, Harrison will be handling tenant and landlord
       representation, as well as assisting clients in identifying lease and purchase opportunities. Harrison joins
       TradeMark Properties after working for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Watson from 2009 to 2010.
       Prior to his real estate career, Harrison lived in Japan and earned degrees from Kyushu Sangyo University
       in 1994 and the University of Japan in 1999, where he also worked as a Japanese interpreter and instructor
       for more than eight years.
