Young Enterprise is a Charity and one of the largest national Education Business Partnership Organisations (EBPO’s) and
with a successful track record of working in partnership with local authorities, fellow EBP’s and other delivery organisations
across the country to deliver Work Related Learning, Employer Engagement, Enterprise to the 14-19 agenda in schools and
colleges.

A range of innovative and engaging enterprise programmes available across the 14-19 age range including the
flagship Young Enterprise Company Programme.
Programmes deliver Work Related Learning, working with local authorities and other EBP’s and delivery partners to
add value and depth to existing Work Placement arrangements.
All Young Enterprise programmes are mapped fully against the provision of Work Related Learning as well as to
Enterprise, Economic Wellbeing and Financial Capability, PLTS and Functional Skills (full mapping documents
available)
Young Enterprise Programmes support the new Diploma across a

We support NEET prevention amongst the 14-19 age range through
raising aspirations, transforming attitudes towards work and
developing transferable employability skills
We have a proven track record of real impact in the 14-19 age range through the use of trained business volunteers
and hands-on “learning by doing” principles, our Alumni research clearly demonstrates young people doing better in
their futures when involved in YE programmes.
Our extensive network of more than 3,000 national, regional and local business supporters and 17,000 volunteers
deliver high impact local employer engagement.

For businesses – working with Young Enterprise supports a CSR Strategy & investment in the community
We are working towards being becoming one of the first national EBPOs to receive the Award for Education Business
