AND NOW, this 25th day of February, 2009, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum issued this day,
IT IS ORDERED that the claim terms in dispute are defined as follows:

"Peripheral Edge"-any edge of the face plate that is peripheral to the central opening of the face plate;

"Peripheral Edge Extending Therearound"-a peripheral edge that extends entirely around the central
opening;

"sealing means"-a flange, bead, or sidewall on the face plate, and a lip of the cover element, which
combine to block water from entering the skimmer assembly, and equivalent structures that perform the
same function.
