Effective 1st January, 2007, our Company name has been changed as follows :-

       from   Parallel Solutions & Distribution Pty Ltd T/A EMPR Australia

       to     EMPR Australia Pty Ltd

It should be noted that, only a change of Company name has been effected and that all other details and
structure of the Company remain the same. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) does not change. Our
bank account numbers do not change, only the beneficiary name changes to EMPR Australia Pty Ltd.
