What is your career history: when did you start your career and what experiences have you had
thus far? What is your formal education?




What have been the main drivers for your career development to date?




2. Current Job
Is there a logical progression from your current position to another position or level in the
organization? If no, what skills have you developed that might be transferable to another position?




Where are you on the learning curve for your current position? What kind of development can you
still expect in your current role?




What feedback did you receive from your last performance review? What were your identified key
strengths and developmental areas? What are you doing to address the development needs?




What do you like about your current job? What aspects of your current job would you hope to
reduce or eliminate in your next job?

career interests? Are there specific positions in our local operation that are of particular interest to
you? Will they lead you to your ultimate goal? Do you know the essential qualifications required for
the position? Do you or will you have those qualifications in an acceptable time period?
Where would you like to be in your career in 3-5 years? Please tell me specifically what positions
or projects in Lafarge could help you reach your goals, and in which areas would you need to
improve to reach your goal?

Are you mobile? If yes, what locations would you consider? If no, is this situation temporary or
