4. Question4: In coaching process, what is the failure you have
            encountered?
   Answer proposed: If the employee do no want to commit to develop
                      and improve themselves and fail to take up the
                      responsibilities to succeed in the tasks being assigned.

   Answer Expected: To describe about your career background?

               company?
