                                 breathing through right nostril is called sun breathe and
                                 has heating effect. Only 7-10 minutes, breathing exercise
                                 will assist you to reduce heat effect in body. Just cover the
right nostril with your thumb, and breathe usually through the left side. If the nostril is
blocked, don’t force it.
       Halasana (the plough pose)

First, lie flat on the back and make arms straight and beside the body so that palms face
downward. Gradually raise your leg to the vertical. Only use the stomach muscles to lift the
leg don’t use arms. Unhurriedly lower the leg over head and touch the floor with both feet.
                                Stay to this final pose for comfortable of time.

                                      Sarvangasana (The shoulder stand position)

                               First, lie down flat on the back with feet together and make
                               arms beside and palms flat on the ground. Slowly lift your leg
                               to the vertical position by blending elbow and using arms as a
                               support pillar to steady the back by pressing it with the palms.

                                      Vipareeta Karani Mudra (the inverted attitude)

                               The method is the same as for sarvangasana, apart from the
                               chin is not pressed alongside the chest in the final pose. The
                               trunk is held at a 45 degree angle to the ground rather than
                               at a right angle.

Yoga asanas, pranayama and kriyas assist to improve blood circulation, detoxify your body
and reinstate proper functioning of your body as well as endocrine glands.

Practice meditation for 5 to 10 minutes and gradually increase the time. If you know no other
meditation, practice Om recitation by closing your eyes and concentrating on area between
