Michael Popoff spoke about the detrimental aspects of the DEIR for the Montebello
Hills
Nancy Wood 311 Pickering spoke about the future of the Montebello Hills and that it is
in the hands of five people Ms Wood also stated that this is the last natural azea
Ruben Chavez and George Pacheco 1415 West Beverly Boulevard spoke about the
TerrazaJamay at 104 South 10 Street Mr Pacheco stated that the license was
suspended on May 5 and that no written notification was given regarding the
suspension of the licenses

thanked the City Council for the extension of the review period
Mike Newton 2000 West Beverly Blvd thanked Helms and Hill and about their

and issued remarks about Councilman Molinari Councilman Molinari stated that Mr

10 PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ACTION PLAN FOR USE OF 2009 JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE GRANT JAG PROGRAM FUNDS
Mayor Vasquez state that this was the time and place for apublic hearing to consider
the Proposed Action Plan for Use of 2009 Justice Assistance Grant JAG Program funds

Audit and Efficiency Committee
