									               STRESS FREE BEAN POT RECIPES

                              TUSCAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
9 to 11 pieces of boneless/skinless frozen chicken breasts
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans petite Diced Tomatoes
2-4 tablespoons cooking oil, olive oil or balsamic vinegar
1 package Home & Garden Party BLT dip mix
1 box of Penne Pasta

Place chicken breasts in a Bean Pot.
Moisten chicken with cooking oil, olive oil or balsamic vinegar
Add soup and petite Diced Tomatoes.
Add in Home & Garden Party BLT dip mix and stir.
Bake at 350 to 375 for 1 to 1 and ½ hours

**For extra zip, spoon black olives over the chicken mixture the last 30 minutes of
baking

Boil a box of Penne Pasta on stovetop or in a Bean Pot in the microwave.

Spoon Tuscan Chicken over pasta and serve with warm French bread.



        APPLE CRISP AND OATMEAL COOKIE DUMP CAKE
Put 2 cans of apple pie filling in Bean Pot.
Smooth to make an even layer.

Combine dry cookie mix with melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 for about 1 to 1 and ½ hours.

Options
Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice or ground cinnamon to pie filling

Add chopped pecans to dry cookie mix/butter mixture
