Next step: How to engage businesses,

             Piloting an Engagement Approach
In a pilot project, businesses were approached
by applying principles of Enterprise Facilitation*:
Offering businesses a free, face-to-face service
to assist them in the realisation of their own
ideas relating to energy and waste.
The model works with businesses that are
already motivated and interested, and allow
their success stories to motivate others.
This was found to be a key success element,
      overcoming initial sceptism.
