Children 11 to 13 may participate in class accompanied & guided by an adult.
Children 14 and older may participate in class with out an adult being present.
Please be sure to arrive on time to class. If you are more than 15 minutes late we ask that you attend class since warm up is an essential part to a well rounded exercise class.
