Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance - MAA through the Moscker Insurance
Agency in Severna Park Maryland is recommending the General Star National Insurance
Company Errors and Omissions Insurance for members of the Maryland Association of
Appraisers. This coverage offers insurance protection for the professional real estate
appraisal services you provide for a fee. The General Star National Insurance Company
Coverage is written on a claims made policy form and offers:

       Full Prior Acts Coverage
       Policy Limits up to $1,000,000 / $ 2,000,000
       Defense Costs are provided in addition to the policy limits.
       Deductible of $500.00 per claim / $1000.00 aggregate included in each policy
       Insured's consent is required to settle a claim.
       Policy includes insurance for claims brought by lenders
       Competitively priced premiums

The General Star National Insurance Company is wholly owned subsidiary of General
Reinsurance Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and maintains and A++
rating from A.M. Best and AAA rating from Standard and Poors. The National
