PURPOSE:                    The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the U.S. Nuclear
                            Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) development of a technical basis
                            for rulemaking proposing to revise NRC regulations on the
                            security requirements for the transportation of Radioactive
                            Materials in Quantities of Concern.
