Hello,
 As I have had my photography misused, and successfully had the usage paid, with the help of a
Federal Judge's clerk, who "arbitrated" a settlement without going to trial, I do not know how most
artists defend the misuse of their work because of the costs and complexity of the Federal Court
system.

 There should exist some way, like Small Claims Court, for an inexpensive, simple and quick way to
resolve the misuse of intellectual property in most cases.

  The other major problem is finding your misused work because of copying and access technology and
the internet.
