Dear Sir/Madam:

This Letter of Intent confirms your (hereinafter, also the “Agency”) and our (hereinafter, also the
“Company”) mutual intentions with respect to the provision of ongoing public relations services
(“Services”) in order to promote the business / products of Company on a retainer basis, on the
following basis:

(a) The Agency shall contribute a minimum of ______ ( ) hours per month for the Services
rendered to the Company and with option to increase as per requirements of Company from time
to time.

(b) The Agency will set aside at least ___ ( ) hours per month exclusively for the Company’s
benefit, ensuring that the Company’s needs remain a high priority.

3. Confidentiality:
Each party will keep any confidential information disclosed by the other secret. Neither party
may use or take advantage of any such confidential information without the discloser’s consent,
even after the end of this agreement. This obligation does not apply to (i) information known to
the receiver before disclosure by the other party, or (ii) information which becomes public
knowledge without fault on the part of the receiver, or (iii) disclosures made to the extent
required by some applicable legal or regulatory requirement. It is the Agency’s responsibility to
provide any reasonable confidentiality agreement required by the Company.
