2. Proposition 301 dollars are equally added to each step in the amount of $5400 3. Up to ten (10) years' previous teaching experience in public schools may be given for initial salary placement. 4. Only graduate level hours with official transcripts are acceptable for salary placement/advancement.

5. All certified personnel earn twelve (12) days personal leave per year, any unused personal leave will be added to accumulated sick leave. 6. Upon leaving the District, any unused sick leave will be paid at half of a fully certified subs' pay for 1-90 days and a full day for any days over 90. 7. Certified personnel with a master's degree will receive an additional $700, or $1600 for a doctorate degree. 8. Fully certified substitutes earn $90 per day. Emergency Substitutes earn $55 per day 9. A $150 attendance bonus will be paid each quarter for not being absent from work. An additional $150 bonus will be paid at the end of the year for teachers not missing any days during the entire school year.
