Cause and effect diagrams - Fishbone
Cause and effect diagrams are just what they sound like. They use a fishbone shaped diagram to point to the real cause of a problem, and rule out other issues that have no effect. Used to analyze potential problems in new program objectives. The diagram processes problems for both positive and negative effects.
