Sample Formation schedules SL 08 Formation This year’s formation units are designed as components that can be adapted by the facilitator to suit the time available and the audience. Below are several options.

D. Sample 6-hour formation (whole day) Rearrange these components to suit your sense of what your audience will be most interested in.
