ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) today named
Pradeep Jotwani to lead its consumer digital businesses and corporate marketing efforts, effective immediately.

As President of Kodak’s Consumer Digital Imaging Group, Jotwani will report to Kodak President and Chief
Operating Officer Philip J. Faraci. The company also named Jotwani to serve as Kodak’s Chief Marketing Officer,
and in that capacity he will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Antonio M. Perez. The company’s
Board of Directors has elected him a Senior Vice President of the company.

Jotwani, 56, left Hewlett-Packard Company in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Supplies, Imaging and Printing
Group. Under his direction, this business was the industry-leading supplier. Prior to that assignment, Jotwani was
President of HP’s Consumer Business Organization, which he formed. This organization represented HP’s first
formal sales and marketing organization focused specifically on the consumer market. He also served as HP’s
executive sponsor for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and founded hpshopping.com, the company’s e-
commerce store.

As President of the Consumer Digital Imaging Group, he will be responsible for Kodak’s digital cameras, picture
frames, pocket video cameras, kiosks, imaging sensors, consumer inkjet printers and the Kodak Gallery, the
company’s online photo service. As Kodak’s CMO, Jotwani will be responsible for customer relationship
management, brand management, business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, communications and
public affairs, online commerce, and the company’s website, www.kodak.com.

Jotwani’s assignment at Kodak involves creating a consumer hub – assembling all in one place the consumer digital
businesses and the marketing that’s required to make them successful. By combining the consumer products, the
brand and the customer relationship management activities, Kodak will be able to build a stronger consumer business
and maximize its pursuit of profitable growth.

“Pradeep Jotwani knows how to grow businesses, and that’s why I am excited to welcome him to Kodak,” Perez
said. “He not only grows businesses, he also grows them profitably through operational excellence and the smart use
of technology. He understands the power of brands and how to use them to achieve growth. I look forward to
watching Pradeep apply his leadership skills in the service of Kodak.”

Jotwani is a native of India. In 1975, he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of
Technology, Kanpur, and two years later, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He
received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in 1982. After 25 years at HP, and prior
to joining Kodak, Jotwani served as an operating executive at a private equity firm, participated on several corporate
boards, was a Leadership Fellow at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and lent his time to a series
of civic and non-profit organizations. He continues to serve on the board of RealNetworks, Inc. (Nasdaq:RNWK),
a pioneer of streaming media and a provider of network-delivered digital media products and services worldwide.

“I am excited to play a part in the historic transformation of one of the world’s great companies,” Jotwani said. “I
have worked in the industries in which Kodak participates for many years, and I have enormous respect for the
company’s technology, products, people and brand. I look forward to leveraging those assets to help drive
profitable growth.”

Jotwani, who resides in Palo Alto, California, will be based in Silicon Valley. This will allow him to travel more often
and more directly to the emerging markets of Asia, including China and India, where the company plans to increase
investment in order to take advantage of the region’s economic growth. California also is home to Kodak’s
consumer inkjet business and the Kodak Gallery.
