Vineyards for an elegant evening of food and wine. Phil will share stories from this award
   winning winery as we enjoy the following menu crafted specifically to pair with their

  Lobster salad canapés, goat cheese crostini, and blackened tuna with mango relish
            Paired with 2008 Merryvale ‘Starmont’ Chardonnay, Napa Valley

                                      1st Course
   Hazelnut crusted scallops with mixed greens, avocado, and grapefruit vinaigrette
                  Paired with 2007 Merryvale Chardonnay, Carneros

                                     2nd Course
         Seared duck Napoleon with cherry Gastrique and sweet potato purée
                   Paired with 2008 Merryvale, Pinot Noir, Carneros

                                        3rd Course
        Petite filet with bacon marmalade, gorgonzola, and seasonal vegetables
              Paired with 2006 Merryvale, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

                                      4th Course
           Herb encrusted lamb with cabernet reduction and mushroom orzo
              Paired with 2006 Merryvale ‘Profile’ Red Blend, Napa Valley

                                       5th Course
             Vanilla bean Bavarian with mango compote and hazelnut tuile
               Paired with Merryvale ‘Antigua’ Dessert Wine, Napa Valley
